The Manitex Sabre DW-452 is a 450 BBL (18,850 gallon) double wall frac tank built for industrial fluid storage of oil, chemicals, and other materials. Constructed from ASTM A36 carbon steel with a V-bottom interior for easy cleanout. At 38,000 lbs. and 46 feet long, it transports easily via roll-off truck or semi and operates at atmospheric pressure in temperatures from 80–140°F.

The tank's double wall design provides secondary containment with interstitial drain ports and monitoring access, making it well-suited for environmentally sensitive applications. The interior is coated with Carboline Phenoline 310 (25–30 mils) for chemical resistance, while the exterior carries a durable Carboline Carbothane 8845 DTM topcoat.

Every tank listed in our inventory is ready to ship. We've inspected or repaired the lights, tires, and brakes and ensured the frac tank is ready to ship. Upon order, we post the tank for pickup on a trucking load board to book drivers. Booking a driver can take 1-3 business days and we always get the frac tanks delivered within 7 business days of purchase.

Please note that you as Purchaser are responsible for providing equipment, at delivery, to lift the frac tank(s) off the transport semi-tractor, the tongue weight is approximately 8,000 pounds.  As an alternative, you can use wooden blocks to temporarily block up the tank so that the tractor can disengage from the frac tank and drive away; if so, place the blocks under the rails about 15 feet back from the front of the tank where the blocks should be about 30 inches from the rail to the ground.
