18,000 Gallon Double Wall Frac Tank
**5 WEEK LEAD TIME**
Our 18,000-gallon Double Wall Liquid Storage Tank is built for operators who need secure, spill-protected storage for fuel, brine, produced water, and other industrial liquids. Its double wall design adds a layer of secondary containment, and the 1/4" A36 steel plate construction on the floor, side walls, and roof holds up to demanding job sites. Every tank has D.O.T. approved lights and a 22.5K axle with 11R22.5 14-ply tires, so it's ready for transport on a semi-tractor fifth wheel to your project site.
The tank has a 4" butterfly drain valve and a 3" Sch 80 front fill line for easy loading and unloading. It also has a 25" curbside manway and a 20" roof manway, both fitted with Buna-N gaskets, plus an 8" roof thief hatch. The interior is blasted to SSPC-SP10 and coated with 100% solids gray epoxy (Carboline 4500S, 25 to 30 mils), and the exterior is finished in Carbothane #8845. It is rated for 1 PSI pressure and 0.25 PSI vacuum.

Every tank listed in our inventory is ready to ship. We've inspected or repaired the lights, tires, and brakes and ensured the frac tank is ready to ship. Upon order, we post the tank for pickup on a trucking load board to book drivers. Booking a driver can take 1-3 business days and we always get the frac tanks delivered within 7 business days of purchase.
Please note that you as Purchaser are responsible for providing equipment, at delivery, to lift the frac tank(s) off the transport semi-tractor, the tongue weight is approximately 8,000 pounds. As an alternative, you can use wooden blocks to temporarily block up the tank so that the tractor can disengage from the frac tank and drive away; if so, place the blocks under the rails about 15 feet back from the front of the tank where the blocks should be about 30 inches from the rail to the ground.
